As a freelance designer I created a logo for a new chiropractic practice. The client asked that this logo be not overly feminine or masculine, somewhere in-between. She first suggested a sun burst coming out of a thin font. I was able to show her through sketches and various iterations that her original idea would be much too feminine for her goals. Here is the final logo:
